Elizabeth Grace Saunders. Time Coach & Trainer for Women in Business
Overcoming my own struggles with work-life balance inspired me to become a time coach and trainer who empowers people who are frustrated and overwhelmed to achieve work/life brilliance™.
Hope this is encouraging to you that no matter how unbalanced you are, you can change!
Elizabeth Grace Saunders became a full-time entrepreneur one year out of college. With Grace Communications Inc., she writes entrepreneurship columns, magazine articles, and marketing materials for clients from Miami to Seattle. Over 45 different publications feature her work.
After two years of developing a writing company, Elizabeth started Real Life E® to encourage others to Dream! Dare! Discover! ® who they were created to be. She specializes in empowering men and women to achieve work/life brilliance™ through her exclusive Schedule Makeover™ process. (Basically combining strategic time management and scheduling so that they no longer feel overwhelmed and guilty at home and at work.) Elizabeth has been appeared in Inc magazine, The Chicago Tribune, NBC, and was chosen by Stiletto Woman magazine as one of the Top 25 Amazing Women of the Year.

Prior to falling into entrepreneurship, Elizabeth worked full-time at Meredith Corporation, the publisher of magazines like Better Homes & Gardens and Ladies Home Journal. She also had the opportunity to serve at VNU Business Media, Studio Pink, Abbott Laboratories, and The Center for Magazine Studies.
Elizabeth attended Drake University on a full-tuition scholarship. She studied magazine journalism, interior architecture, and business, and graduated in four years with a 4.0.
When’s she’s not working, Elizabeth loves traveling (next stop Asia!), spending time with friends and family, and dancing!
