“Coaching with Elizabeth has had a great impact on my life. I’ve worked on trying to improve my time management and organization for years, but going through a coaching series with her helped me actually get more of what I “know” into practice. It’s not so much about what you should do (if it were, no one would struggle with weight loss, because all you need to do is “eat right and exercise”); it’s about actually getting it into practice…” –Internal IT business consultant, Fortune 100 company
A Schedule Makeover™ gives you focus, peace, and a sense of control by laying out your ideal schedule and coaching you on how to make it happen.
The Schedule Makeover™ includes a complete assessment of how you use your time and how this has an impact on your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and professional health. During your private phone consultation, you’ll also share your dreams and goals before starting on a transformed schedule and custom plan of action:
“…It’s very helpful to have an outside observer, to help you sort through what you are really doing. I tended to beat myself up a lot about what I wasn’t doing, which would get me discouraged, rather than thinking about the wins. Encouragement was much more important than I thought. Also, Elizabeth was very helpful in sorting out what to focus on, what to do next, among all the possibilities of things to work on…“
If you feel like your life and business are permanently stuck on Fast Forward and you, your work, and the people that you care about and who care about you are starting to suffer, this program is for you.
After your Schedule Makeover™, phone coaching helps you uncover limiting beliefs, develop new habits, and set up systems of accountability to empower you to make lasting change. This three-month program includes personal exercises, custom goals, and regular coaching calls. Each 60-minute coaching session keeps you accountable, encourages you to stay motivated, and helps you problem solve.

“…I was already quite successful by many measures. But adopting better time management practices and seeing tangible progress in a matter of weeks has enabled me to have greater confidence about managing my time, to be more peaceful, to feel like I am in more control. This has given me a clearer mind for decision-making, a greater ability to rest, a greater ability to focus and produce results.” –Internal business consultant, Fortune 100 company

“I can’t believe time coaching went by so fast, and how small incremental changes really made a difference in my thought process about being organized. I learned not to be so hard on myself, to really realize how irrational the procrastinating “voices” are, and how being more organized and more focused on time can make not only my life less stressful, but also the lives of those around me less stressful. Work has been less stressful, and I’ve been more productive and efficient. I worry less about missing something important. I get more exercise (walking the dogs more often). I am working on things that I had put off for months or even years. Having gone from disorganized and stressed to sane and more relaxed, I honestly don’t know what could have made my time coaching experience any better.”

“I have been able to accomplish a lot thanks to you helping me break things down. I appreciate you listening to me making steps towards healing and wholeness, especially in the areas of time management and my children. Thank you for your support and encouragement. It means so very much to me.”

“I have stepped back from my ‘busy’ and really analyzed it. I don’t beat myself up by exercising too much in the morning. I’m taking time to ‘clean up’ my house internally and externally. It all takes adjustment, and I even went to my second Wednesday church meeting and it was WONDERFUL! I am taking time to breathe. This week I had an ‘evening vacation.’ All week I said no to any appointments, big or small and that is how I got to go to church, and last night went to my mom’s. My physical house is coming along slowly. I am reading my Bible daily…making it a good habit before really getting ‘into’ it. I figure studying will just happen naturally. I am still making weekly lists and the list just seems to get longer, but that is ok too. I am much more at peace with myself and God just keeps on blessing me along the way. Thank you for sharing so much and many of your experiences. You are one of the many blessings in my life.”
“Elizabeth’s program was inspiring! She is full of energy, and her positive attitude is contagious. The group calls that I participated on helped me to meet other people who could share valuable insights with me about the challenges that I face. Best of all, Elizabeth provides practical, innovative solutions to real-world problems. If you care about your time, you can’t afford not to be a part of schedulemakeover.com!”
“Following up on the productive consultation I had with you, I have made significant progress since we talked (I think it was 18 months ago). I have set up a conducive and welcoming space in my house as a writing studio with all my source materials and tools needed for writing. I now take one full work-day each month as a “writing day,” and this time has allowed me to complete most of the research and to outline the plot framework of my new novel on index cards. My next goal is to dedicate weekly (not just monthly) time to my writing so that I can actually draft some chapters. In terms of the goal to build writing back into my life, the outlook is brighter than when we talked. Meanwhile, my first novel has been published in Italian and Spanish, so at least I have some readers out there, too. Although I receive far, far too many emails every day because of my administrative job, I have not “unsubscribed” to yours because each newsletter reminds me of our conversation and helps me remain committed. I hope it will make you glad that just from one phone call, the results can persist and carry forward.”
